Tyre Warmer LAB5 2.0
LAB5 2.0 is a revolution in the world of tyre warmers.
This product is a result of long studies, in cooperation with our current F1 teams and introduces the principle of Total Heating: RIM, TYRE, AIR. Compared to all the tyre warmers on the market today, we have finalised 6 fundamental upgrades.
- Improved operating temperatures
- Improved temperature homogeneity
- Improved Wearability (Patent Pending)
- Improved praticality of electrical connections
- Improved weights and dimensions
- Partnership with Beta
SKU: TC-LEO5-20
Improved operating temperature
LAB5 2.0 is able to bring the rim to a temperature until 140°C (284°F) in less than 50 minutes, the fastest in the world.
Furthermore, our more in-depth studies have allowed us to achieve a unique uniformity of its kind, both on the rim and on the tyre, therefore penetrating well inside the compound itself.
Improved temperature homogeneity
The use of a dense coil sewn in PTFE, instead of the more common and outdated Silicone (used by the competitor), has also increased not only the thermal efficiency of the circuits but has made the circuits extremely resistant to mechanical stress.Â
For years our Pt1000 sensors have had unparalleled precision and reading speed; furthermore they are embedded inside an unbreakable capsule.Â
Improved wearability
Patent pending
Made of Fireproof Aramidic, it’s soft to the touch and to the fold, easy to apply and with slippery materials in the internal part in contact with the tyre.Â
We have also developed a new patented system, made with magnetes, to quickly install the tyre warmer, which avoids the use of the Velcro; this facilitates the initial attachment to the rim.
Improved electrical connections
Our Push-Pull connectors, unlike common and obsolete screw-type ones, help operators in their quick connection and disconnection work.
Improved weights and dimensions
Despite being faster to heat up, the maximum thickness of our LAB5 2.0 is approximately 20% thinner than the competitor and even more importantly, it is 15% lighter.Â
These two aspects improve wearability while also reducing transport costs.
